Bobby Hite was a joy to work with. His energy, years of experience, and knowledge of the area was exceedingly valuable. Couple that with his genuine gift for being a connector of people and thinking outside the box to get things done and it made for a first rate realtor in my opinion.
Bobby was seemingly always available for a call or to meet up at a house showing. Not sure what his system was, but it enabled him to multitask amazingly well.
On closing day we ran into some contract/finance issues (not due to Bobby) that threatened to scuttle the deal or at least push back the closing date. Bobby was able to (on the spot) reach out to the seller's realtor and work out a plan to make the deal go through and be a win win for both parties.
I hope to not have to sell/buy a home for a long time to come, but if I did, I'd be calling Bobby Hite.
