This letter of reference and praise for Bobby Hite and his real estate team is long over due. I have enjoyed dozens of conversations with Bobby for many years and have always considered him a friend. But, now, in recent months, I have gotten to personally witness how tirelessly, cheerfully and effectively he partners with any who trust him to sell their property.

He helped us make sound decisions, execute our plans and, when new obstacles arose, he guided all parties through successful work-arounds. We got an offer in the first hour that exceeded the listing price and, despite delays that we (the sellers) caused, Bobby helped both sides stay engaged and happy until closing.

We have lived in the Crieve Hall/Brentwood area over 40 years. I told my husband, if we ever sell our house. I want Bobby Hite to have the listing.
We have not been in the market to list our home for sale, however, we have had the pleasure to work with Bobby for our house and vehicle insurance. When it was time for us to review our insurance coverage we contacted Bobby. His insurance staff listened to our needs. They found the same our better coverage for a lower premium. Since 2008 we have had our home and vehicles insured thru Bobby. Not only is the premium lower, but whenever we contact the office, his staff is very professional, friendly and helpful.
Now that the years are passing by, we as many "baby boomers", have decided to downsize. The best decision for us was to live on one level of our home, and rent the other level.
