Over 30 years ago, Bobby helped my mother buy her house. They stayed in touch over the years, and when it came time to sell, we called Bobby. The fact that Bobby knows good home repair people was really important to us because we don’t live in Nashville anymore. We didn’t know who to call, but Bobby used his resources to help us. I would call him with a question or concern, and he either answered immediately, or called me back within minutes. It wasn’t hours or days. Most of the time, I reached him the first time. I think that’s unbelievable. I know he’s busy, and yet he took time to talk to me whenever I needed something. One time, I had a tax question about selling the house. I thought the answer was one way, but Bobby said, “I’m not so sure about that. Hold on just a minute. I’m going to call my CPA. I’ll do a 3-way call and you can ask him right now.” Bobby got his personal CPA on the phone, and then let me ask my question. I had the answer right then and there. It wasn’t like we had to wait for days to get the information we needed. That’s just one example of how Bobby helped us.
During the process, Bobby always called and kept me informed about what was going on. I was never left wondering and I never had to call him to find out. Bobby made me feel like my questions were important, and I never felt like I was bothering him. He always made my family feel like we were top priority. But, I happen to know that we’re a very small fish in his ocean. We felt like Bobby was the only choice for a real estate broker. He sells in this area, and he knows the market up one side and down the other. He’s the best. He does his homework and He knows how to price a house strategically in the Nashville market.
We got more than the asking price for my mother’s house because Bobby knew the value and he knew the market.

In the years prior to meeting Bobby Hite, I worked with a number of different realtors. They all seemed pretty much the same in the services they provided. The biggest reason I saw to use a realtor, based on my experience with them, was that they could access the keys and show the inside of the houses I had already found on MLS. I don't know where to begin so I will speak from my heart. Recently my husband and I were discussing how not once during the whole process I felt misrepresented. In early March, my husband and I decided to put our home at 319 Timberdale Court on the market, and on May 12th, we officially closed the deal. We are extremely grateful for the help our realtor, Bobby Hite, provided during this time.
Having lived in Crieve Hall, a suburb of Nashville since 2001, we were familiar with Bobby's name, and decided to call him when we wanted to sell our home. Looking back now, I can attest to the fact mat we made the right choice.
One of the first things Bobby did when he met with us was recommend we consult with a stager. The initial consultation was free, and I liked the comments of the stager, Rita, so much, that I hired her to stage our house for us. Bobby connected us with a plumber and two handymen who did work on our house for very reasonable rates. He had his assistant Lee Ann, come and photograph our home so that it could be listed in the MLS system right away. Due to the heavy work schedule mat my husband had at the time, I ended up doing a lot of the work of selling our home myself, and it was such a relief to have Bobby's network of people readily available.
Bobby is always investing his time and energy into the Crieve Hall area. Since last year, for example, he has hosted the "Crieve Hall Annual Clean-Up Day," in which he rents two large dumpsters so that people can come and dispose of unwanted materials that have accumulated around their homes. There are even drivers who will come to directly to the homes of those who cannot haul the materials to the dumpster. I like the fact that Bobby lives in the Crieve Hall/Brentwood area and invests in it. This investment is important to me, and it has always inspired my trust.
Bobby has his own insurance company which offers a variety of services including auto and home insurance (through AAA/Traveler's). Bobby contacted us personally several years ago, offering to lower the cost of our home auto insurance, and when we found that he was able to lower our costs, going with his company was an easy decision. We have had a great experience with his assistant, Gregg, who works at the Westwood Drive office in Berry Hill, and we have enjoyed working with her, particularly when we had to set up our new homeowner's insurance contract recently.
I have also found the people who work in Bobby real estate office, to be very kind. Before our home sold, I received a call several times from Ashley, who works in the Peachtree Street office in Brentwood. She would call, letting me know the status of a showing, or to reassure me that everything was going to be okay. I never got to meet Ashley in person, but it was always nice to have those phone calls. Lee Ann, who also works in Bobby's office, was a huge help to us. We got along so well with her that she became our buyer's agent. She helped us identify a condo that we eventually purchased in Sylvan Heights, a neighborhood close to downtown and Vanderbilt University. She was a very reassuring presence during the buying process, and was always adept at asking questions and following up with details, such as paperwork mat we had not completed.
We receive a monthly newsletter from Bobby's company, and he offers many of his services free of charge (all of which are explained in the informational pamphlets he has available both in paper form and on his website. When he says that the service is free, he means it! He genuinely enjoys helping people.On the day of our initial consult, Bobby handed me a magnet to put on my fridge. This magnet had all of his phone numbers on it, including an "after-hours" phone number, where I could leave a message at any time of day. I found that "after-hours" number to be really helpful, and would find that if I called that number, I could get my question answered very quickly, via a phone call back from Bobby.
Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the service we received and our experience with Bobby and his company.
